To the Beach

I went off to the beach from the 25th to the 27th and then had a weekend to recover. Not that it helped I have the *worst* post nasal drip. The cats seemed to fare well while I was gone and Snap did, too. He is a little Quaker Parrot who lives with us. Over the weekend I got him some more perches and food.

The cats I found to buy 4 aluminum balls for a dollar at Wal Mart. Frankie and Vincent still hang together a lot though I haven't seen them wrestle. Magic chased down Frankie the day I came back from the beach. Ethel had fed them while I was away. Now that it's day 2 of work, all have settled back into the weekly routine and are getting along great.

To ease feeding while I was away, the food bowls were moved to the 2 landings in the stairwell. I am leaving them there, I like it better and the ants don't get in the bowls. Also, 2 cats can feed at once. Magic looked a teeny bit skinnier when I got back but saw her eating some dry crunchies this morning so I am sure she's fine.
