Signed Sealed and almost delivered

Frankie's paperwork is complete and his adoption fee is paid. I will be driving 150 miles, one way, to pick him up on Saturday! I am so happy, this happened slowly, yet quickly too. Looks like I will be driving solo to PA and back but I am looking forward to it. Maybe I'll bring some show tunes to listen to.
