Yesterday morning I received clearance that Frankie was ready to come home if I just waived the health certificate. Done, waived. Just waiting on adoption agreement, right? WRONG! After hassling my interviewer, I received an e-mail yuesterday evening stating Frankie has to be ID chipped first.
*SIGH*
His foster mom thought he'd be grandfathered in and not expected to be chipped. I am seriously frustrated by this latest delay. E-mailed her, told her I will pick up Frankie after I see he's marked "Ready for Transport" and I will make NO plans until after next Monday some time at the earliest.
