This is Frankie and he is in PA so they named him Frankie PA, I guess they had another Frankie before. I am so torn! How can ya say no to that face? He's been in the Rescue a LONG time, since December, maybe because some people can't get to PA to get him? The only factor is that he is 8 already. Same age as Vincent or near it. Then again,by his description he is pretty laid back. Don't know what to do. Anderson is still #1 in the running. I'm waiting to hear back from his foster mom.

Hmm, tough choice. Poor Frankie, but you didn't know about him until last night. I say if you can't get Anderson, go with Frankie, but otherwise. . .it's a shame, but I think you've made your choice.
